One World Logix provides B2B relocation and logistics services including Office Relocation, Lab Relocation, Machine Shifting, Data Center Migration, Warehousing, and Freight services across India and internationally.
All services are subject to a separate service agreement or purchase order. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your relocation requirements at the time of booking.
Ensure you have legal ownership or authorization for all goods being moved.
Inform us in advance about any fragile, hazardous, or high-value items that need special handling.
Arrange required permits, building access, and approvals at both origin and destination.
Have a responsible representative present on the day of the move.
All quotes provided are based on the information shared at the time of inquiry and may change if the actual scope differs. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from our team and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations may attract charges as per your service agreement.
One World Logix takes all reasonable care in handling your assets. However, our liability is limited to the terms of your service agreement and applicable transit insurance coverage.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by factors outside our control such as natural events, road conditions, building access issues, or government restrictions.
Any claims for damage or loss must be raised in writing within 48 hours of move completion, with supporting photographs and inventory records.
