    Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for data center and office/household relocation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of relocation projects.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build connections and promote our services.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, Corporates, and Service industry.
  • Understanding of data center and office/household relocation services>
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
